Squeeze the Day !

Hi Everyone ! We are so excited to be part of Simply Supper’s Lemonade Stand Day again ! In fact, this is our 5th year in a row participating. Wow ! Time really does fly by when you’re squeezing lemons & having fun. 

Over the past 4 years, we have hosted our lemonade stand in our front yard & it has always turned into a fun event where so many of our neighbors come over, sit down and chat, kids come to play & color & our generous friends from far away support us online with messages & donations.

Our community of friends & family have been so generous over the past 4 years that we have raised $ 6377 so far ! This money is donated to the Stollery Children’s Foundation so they can help the local children’s hospital in a variety of ways. 

And as many of you know, the Stollery Children’s Hospital helped Ethan when he was only 4 days old. For 14 days they cared for him not only medically but also showered him with love & attention which means the world to us that they were there in the days when we were not. 
When we met him, he was tiny but such a little fighter. We know we have the team at the Hospital to thank for that. Since then, he has been back for routine procedures as well as emergencies and each time they have shown him the same attention & quality of care. We are beyond grateful and are so honored to be able to say Thanks in this way. 

So, if you are able to join us in our front yard we look forward to pouring you a glass of yummy lemonade and having a chat. If you are able to donate online, we will be forever grateful. We know times are tough & there is so much need every where we look, so we are Thankful for any way you can help.
