Heaven’s Lemons

“When life gives you lemons…make heavenly lemonade!”

Our son Merle had a dream to start a lemonade stand, and last summer we helped him make it happen.

He came up with the name, Heaven’s Lemons and has been operating the stand throughout the summer weekends.

We mentioned the Lemonade Stand Day to him and let him know that he can donate all of his earnings on August 24th to The Stollery Children’s Hospital. His response, “Sure, I would love to help kids.”

Our family has experienced The Stollery Hospital firsthand with our daughter, Mabel. The time we spent at The Stollery was remarkable, as we were all cared for with great compassion by everyone we met. It’s truly a special place that deserves every donation it receives.

We hope you can make it to Heaven’s Lemons this Sunday August 24th as our son is excited to welcome you and offer his heavenly lemonade in support of The Stollery Children’s Hospital.
