Lemon Squeezy for the UAH kids!!

Hello to all our family and friends,

Thank you for taking the time to see what Vailynn and I are up to August 22nd-24th. We are going to be hosting a Lemonade Stand with cookies for donations to the Stollery Hosptial. If you are not able to come see us you can make a donation to our stand to help support the Stollery Hospital. We are excited to support and help this amazing hospital and team of specialists. We all know it is a outstanding hospital but, some of us have a deeper connection because we have personally used it services or know someone who has had too. I have shared with Vailynn and Zanten the unforgetable story of Boo-Boo’s (nickname) experiences at his time of birth. The Stollery  had one of a few ECMO machines (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) available in Canada at that time. This machine is a a life support system that provides tempory heart and lung support for patients whose own organs are failing. Our family is forever greatful that at time of need it was available for him to use, without the avaliability of the ECMO machine things could of been different for our family. Vailynn and I decided to this is one of our small ways to say we are forever greatful for the Stollery Hospital for their amazing community of specialist, Doctors and volunteers which has given 31 years and counting with BooBoos.
